lvl 51 mob - 9% resists.
lvl 52 mob - 32.34% resists.
+~5% resist per level over 52.

Now take the lvl 52 mob to get RR3 from Booster NPC.

lvl 60 mob - 65.37%

Now I may be confused how this all works, hence why i am asking here. Should not going from +11 skill to +13 skill make the lvl 53 mob also in the trivial resist of ~9%? At RR3, with +13 skill the highest I have been able to charm is a 63 at ~78% resists. So I respec'd to 50 light.

Is this working correctly? Do the Realm Rank bonuses get factored differently or is the 50 light spec resist rates what I can expect at RR8 45 light?

(Tested and minstrel is exactly the same resists)

Yes, that is how it works. Holding a pet with pulse charm is solely determined by level and composite spec.

If you spec 5 lower, you need 5 more realm ranks to hold the same level pet.
